About
Stephen has six years working as a SUD counselor focusing on relapse prevention, stress management, and individual development. Since working with Victory Bay he has gained experience working with individuals on their trauma history and how to manage stressors related to trauma.
Religious Studies courses gave Stephen a better understanding of different religions and cultures, enabling him to better connect with individuals. Philosophy courses broadened his perspective and gave new insight into Existential Psychology. These later became important keystones within Stephen’s counseling approach.
Education
Stephen graduated Rowan University in 2015 with a BA in Psychology minoring in Philosophy and Religious Studies. He completed his Addiction Studies with Camden County College in 2016.
