About
Gianna Notarfrancesco is an Adolescent Mental Health Therapist at Victory Bay, working with teens and their families to provide hope, healing, and growth. Having worked in mental health care with adolescents since 2020, Gianna has gained vital experience and knowledge through serving in hospitals, group homes, and outpatient therapy. Her areas of focus include serving those who are struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, adoption/foster care, self-esteem, relationship challenges, questions of faith/spirituality, and stress management.
Gianna Notarfrancesco attended Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia for the course of her Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Development degree. After graduating this degree in 2020 with Magna Cum Laude, Gianna moved back to New Jersey and immediately continued her studies online in Marriage and Family Therapy, graduating in 2022 with High Distinction. During her time studying, she also participated in internships that allowed her to gain experience in serving the community as a mental health advocate before receiving her license to practice Marriage and Family Therapy in the state of New Jersey.

Gianna Notarfrancesco is passionate about serving the next generation and their families, providing hope and healing as they grow through what they are going through. She has always found joy in hearing people's stories and coming alongside in support, providing unconditional positive regard right where they're at. She also recognizes the impact of an empathetic heart and encouraging words during difficult seasons of life, and strives to provide an environment in which others feel deeply cared for. Gianna has seen the need for quality mental health care and strives to create a safe space in which authenticity and vulnerability are not only welcomed, but celebrated!
